User Agreement The Williams Bailey Law Firm, L.L.P. (“Williams Bailey”) is providing this website as a courtesy to members of USW 13-227. Williams Bailey may remove this website or substantially alter it at any time without further notice. Membership in USW 13-227 is a requirement to use this site. Users agree to not to circulate information from this website to non-members or to allow access to this website to non-members. Users further agree to take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of their password, which is needed for access to this site. Williams Bailey can amend this Agreement either by e-mailing you about the amended terms, which take effect when we send you the e-mail, or by displaying the amended terms to you when you log in to the site, which take effect when we post them. Otherwise, this Agreement may be amended only by a writing physically signed by the User and an authorized agent of Williams Bailey. General Provisions. This website and its services are provided “as is.” Williams Bailey does not promise or warrant that any aspect of the site or system will work properly or will be continuously available. Any unenforceable portion of this Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining portions shall be given full effect. Williams Bailey’s failure to act in a particular circumstance does not waive our right to act with respect to that or other circumstances. Williams Bailey shall be excused for any problem due to a factor beyond our control. Williams Bailey’s suppliers are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. |
